Orders:

I already checked out but need to change my order?

We are not able to make changes to orders or cancel them once the item(s) have shipped. However, if you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to change your order depending on how soon you reach out to us.

I need to cancel my order.

If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you.

How do I return an item?

Please note- All sales are final. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a product arriving damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf (incorrect size or design). In the case of a mistake being made on our end, we will not offer refunds, however we will replace your items with the correct product free of charge.

Are there any stores I can buy artworks & merchandise by Neha Kapil?

Currently all merchandise by Neha Kapil is available exclusively on nehakapilart.com. You will not find my products in any stores, and no other websites are authorized to sell products by Neha Kapil.

Shipping:

How much does shipping cost?

All domestic (U.S.) print orders are a flat rate of $5.

International shipping to Canada, Australia, and Europe is $15.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All our items are handmade or custom printed, so please take note of the time it takes to create and process your order before it ships out.

We aim to ship all prints within 3-7 business days, although it may take a few days longer when new products and promotions are released and demand is very high. Once your order has been processed it will take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your address (for all domestic orders).

All international orders take between 2-4 weeks from the ship date to arrive at your mailing address. Additionally, all non-US orders may be delayed by customs. Please note that tracking information is sometimes unreliable for international shipments. In the case that your package is significantly delayed, we ask that customers wait at least 4 weeks following the date of shipment before reporting any package as lost. If you are interested in a more secure international shipping service, please contact us and we’ll upgrade your shipping carrier (please note, if you choose this option we will bill you for the additional charges).

My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it!

International orders may find a much longer delivery time despite the package being marked as delivered. If it’s been longer than 45 days since the order shipped, please let us know!

Be sure to double-check your address when you receive your order confirmation email to make sure that it’s up-to-date! If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
